The Pantry

A small, considered range of A2 Bilona Ghee & Spices.

We don’t sell two hundred SKUs. We sell the few staples we believe deserve to be made the proper way - and we make them well.

The Hero · A2 Bilona Ghee

The only kind of ghee we’d give our own children.

Made from milk of free-grazing Gir cows. Cultured to curd. Hand-churned. Slow-cooked in copper until the butter releases its golden, grainy ghee - exactly as it has been done for generations.

The Founders

We started Desi By Nature because nothing in the supermarket tasted like the food we grew up with.

The ghee was bland. The turmeric was beige. The hing barely smelled. So we went back to the farms.

We don’t buy through agents. We don’t blend across regions. We don’t add, dilute, or fortify. Every product on this site comes from a farm we have personally visited - most we’ve eaten with the family who runs it.

If we can’t taste it, smell it, and trace it back, we don’t sell it. That’s the entire brief.
